• Rates for reception rentals are with or without an on-site ceremony.
• Reservations for an event are secured with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 1/2 the rental fee.
• The final balance is due 60 days before the event. A 50% damage retainer will be collected by credit card or cashier’s check on the day of the event. It will be returned less any required assessments following a post-event damage review.
• Holiday availability is limited and may require a 25% premium.
